PAYMENT TERMS

When we take a booking your credit/debit card details are required, however, no payment is taken prior to arrival when the full amount for your stay is debited. 

If a reservation is cancelled or amended within 3 days of arrival the total cost of stay will be taken from the card you have provided.We recommend you take appropriate insurances to cover you in the event of cancellation.

We accept payment in advance with cards and BACS. Cheques will not be accepted.

Please note an additional charge of 3% for NON EU Mastercard/Visa and 5% for Amex/Corporate cards will be applied to the total cost of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1 TO 3 NIGHTS STAY

The first night is a non-refundable deposit.

The remainder is non-refundable and non-amendable at 8am 3 days before your arrival date.

STAYING 4 NIGHTS OR MORE

25% of your total stay is a non-refundable deposit. 

The remainder is non-refundable and non-amendable at 8am 7 days before your arrival.

 

 


CONFERENCE DELEGATES

Subject to special terms and conditions for each individual conference. Full payment may be requested on reservation and/or at least 28 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable and non-amendable from this period onwards. For large conference bookings and Gay Pride, special terms and conditions apply and this will be set out before confirmation of reservation.

WE RECOMMEND YOU TAKE APPROPRIATE INSURANCES.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to create the relaxing atmosphere our guests deserve, we do not accept pets nor children under 16.  Similarly, Stag and hen nights not accepted.

In line with most of Brighton’s hotels and B&B's we operate a minimum two night stay at weekends and min 3 nights on bank holidays. We also operate a minimum two night stay for some rooms during the weekdays.

Twin rooms are not bookable for 1 night. If we agree to a twin room for a 1 night stay there may be a surcharge applied.

We are a NON SMOKING building throughout by Law.

We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for a refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes disturbance to us or our guests. Please note you are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your neglect or ommission to act responsibly and you agree to indemnify us or pay the amount reasonably requested to make good any such damage or loss.


CHECK IN TIMES

We do not have a permanently managed reception and therefore we ask you to try and arrange a check in time by appointment between 12-2pm or 6-8pm. We can check you in between these times  with prior arrangement. Latest check in time is 9pm. Check in after this time may be arranged but may be subject to charge. 

We will require proof of ID and card when checking in.

Check out is by 10:30am – late check outs may be arranged but may be subject to charge and are subject to availability
